AMG Hammer Wagon. No questions asked. But the Lotus Carlton is definitely the "hipster" version of the ur-supersaloon. This should be the next "Would You Rather" though. I feel like the Hammer would win, but just so.

1) Fuck McDonalds. Never eaten there. Never will. Never even had a cup of water form there. 2) Just drive through the part where people with the "Fast Pass" (or whatever it's called in your part of the country) because a) you'll be going fast and b) just pay by mail. Problems solved.
